Training

With video becoming an increasingly essential part of PR campaigns, it is important that brands and agencies understand the processes involved when commissioning and producing branded content.

There is often a gap in experience in these areas resulting in costly and timely changes throughout production.

We have therefore developed a short video content training session that gives PRs and brand teams a better understanding of the processes and provides them with the tools to be able to manage video content projects effectively.

We understand that making time for training is a challenge for many agencies and so we have constructed the training so that it can be scheduled for either a morning or afternoon, taking approx. three hours.

It covers what we believe are the essential points and also allows time to brain-storm any current briefs, helping to steer creative ideas.

Key areas covered are:

  • developing the brief/ understanding the objective and target audience for the content

  • developing the tone of voice and narrative

  • creative processes – what is involved?

  • budgets and timings

  • production - key roles and responsibilities

  • cross channel syndication – ensuring the video gets seen by the right people
